Candles & Creations ships United Parcel Service (UPS) and USPS. Charges are based on exact UPS and USPS shipping charges.

Returns Policy
All of our products are hand crafted and we will personally guarantee everything we make. If there is a defect in your product or you're not satisfied with its performance, we will fix it or replace it as necessary and reimburse you for the return shipping.  If you are unable to use a product purchased from us, you may return the product within one month from the date of purchase and we will happily issue you a store credit.  In which case you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping.
